Our department is composed of 6 partners assisted by an experienced team of 10 associates, most of them senior, which enables us to respond quickly to the different needs of our clients, provide them with legal assistance for contract drafting or during execution of the works, support them in the pre-contentious phase and represent them in multi-party construction disputes.

Our scope of intervention also extends to operations and litigation in the French overseas departments and territories.

With insurance at the core of our services, Raffin & Associés provides the assistance needed at all steps of the property project:

• Before and at the start of the operation: draft of insurance policies or contractual documents, implementation of preventive interim proceedings (référé préventif);
• During construction: we offer assistance to owners and project developers, architects, project managers, technical design firms, technical inspectors, Security Inspectors , Contractors and sub-contractors, etc.) as well as companies and insurers, in particular for the implementation of emergency procedures or other safeguard measures;
• After completion of the works: we advise and assist our clients with the aim of settling disputes in the amicable or pre-contentious phase, but ready to defend them or initiate legal proceedings, including recoveries and subrogation.
